Emergency Repair Services
When there’s an emergency and your building needs rapid repair and reconstruction, call eciService. We’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and typically with a two hour response time.
We’ll assess the damage and take immediate steps to prevent any further loss. We’ll inventory all contents and provide emergency pack-out to a safe, secure location for temporary storage until repairs and restoration are completed. Our crews will carry out an assessment of the damage and establish a realistic budget for restoration.
eciService will work with both the insured and the insurer to facilitate a prompt and mutually agreeable settlement.
We’ll prioritize repairs to minimize business interruption, and restore productivity as rapidly as possible. We are sensitive to your work environment needs and can coordinate our work and scheduling to get your project completed as quickly as possible.
Construction Services
In addition to its contracted service, maintenance and repair programs, eciService provides comprehensive general contracting and construction services for projects that don’t require the full resources of eciConstruction. Projects such as office space reconfigurations, retail-location and chain restaurant improvements, renovation projects, additions and alterations.
Single-source responsibility means that only one call is required to deal with a repair, an insurance restoration or a construction project, even if the solution requires more than one trade.
